Maintenance and servicing of ventilation and air conditioning systems:

• Checking, cleaning and adjusting the units and chambers

• Replacing the filters

• Replacement of drive belts

• Cleaning and, if necessary, disinfecting the terminal outlets

• Execution and documentation in accordance with the requirements of VDMA 24186 or VDI 6022

• Repairs by arrangement

Functional test and optimization of the ventilation and air conditioning systems:

• Checking the climate control; Controling and setting of parameters

• Checking the fans

• Checking and adjusting the air volumes

• Function of the chiller

• Checking the room parameters over longer periods of time using a datalogger (also in Ex version)

• The conception of sustainable buildings with a significant reduction in energy consumption

• The creation of a comfortable indoor climate

The basis of sustainable ventilation and climate concepts are first of all the climate data of the location. Creating a pleasant and productive indoor climate requires the consistent implementation of the thermodynamic functional units. The aim of the modernization should be the energy-efficient realization of these requirements taking into account the costs in the life cycle of the plant.

Because: An Energy-optimized air conditioning is one of the cost driver of the future. To counteract a cost explosion, an adaptation to the state of the art is absolutely necessary.

Schrammel GmbH identifies these problems of modernization, replanning or the optimization of existing buildings and implements a corresponding solution concept.

Control of air quality and hygiene:

• Checking the humidifier for pathogens (eg legionella, germs, fungi)

• Water samples according to VDI 6022

• Replacement of special filters in hospitals and cleanrooms (reduction of germs or dust particles), according to DIN1946 T4

• Hygiene check of ventilation systems according to VDI 6022 type A

Fire protection:

• Maintenance and testing of fire dampers

• Securing the function according to the legal regulations

Our employees are admitted to the functional test according to the legal guidelines and receive regular training.

All our work is carried out in accordance with the requirements of the employers' liability insurance association with regard to accident prevention and occupational safety.

Continuing safety instruction and training before and during chemical and petrochemical activities are tools to practise safety every day.
