The analysis

In manufacturing and process engineering, every rotating machine has its own vibration behavior. Changes in operating behavior, eg. impermissible imbalances or rolling bearing damages, always leave their dynamic fingerprint.

Our key to condition-based maintenance on systems with increased availability requirements: The targeted, early detection of damage through vibration analysis in order to avoid a possible total failure.

By means of vibration analysis, plant components such as pumps, compressors, fans and electric motors can be monitored or damage can be defined at an early stage. A standstill can thus be planned!
